Mimmi Lassen Westberg is a Gothenburg based photographer and artist.
Her work mainly explores the faceless portrait using analog and digital techniques. By concealing the personal identity in her pieces she raises questions about gender, norms, and bias. Working with non defined identity, and question about what makes the portrait a portrait, ontology, and existence naturally become part of her process.
Mimmi has a background in studying photography at Akademin Valand.
