Collection: ESTELLE GRAF

Stockholm-based artist Estelle Graf began her career in Paris, where she worked as an art director, creating illustrations for brands such as Sanoflore Paris and La Roche-Posay. She has always created art alongside her work as an art director, and in 2019 she debuted her first book, Tryckt Stämning, a satirical depiction of humans’ inner dialogues, published by Arvinius Orpheus. Her artworks have been featured in publications like Harper's Bazaar, PLAZA interior and ELLE Decorations and has been exhibited and sold in Stockholm, Berlin, Paris and New York. Estelle works both abstract and figurative and most significant for her work is her fables (animals in human contexts) and strong colors.

“I believe that our existence consists of more layers than we can comprehend and I think that my creation is an attempt to approach my surroundings. It is exploring.”

“The process often starts off as an impulse and when I try to reach my vision I do that the best when I let myself work organically. Therefore, I try not to think too much about the result.”
