SHIPPING
Your order will be dispatched within 1-7 business days and delivered within 5-10 days. Posters and frames are sent from a separate warehouse. Jewelry are shipped from our store. Depending on our staffs workload, orders a dispatched within 1-3 days. We are a small company with alot to do and we do our best to send your orders as soon as possible and thank you for your patience.
TRACKING
Posters and frames are sent with DHL and jewelry with PostNord, both to your local pick-up point.
RETURN POLICY
14 days return for all citizens worldwide. To cover the cost of handling returns, we charge 49 SEK. Note that some products are produced upon orders: Posters. We offer the option for customers to change poster or size if you are not satisfied. Our bracelets and necklaces from SAD Jewelry are also made on order and are therefore not possible to return, only exchange. The product must be returned in the same conditions as when it was received.
